The upcoming Intelligent Automation Exchange will take place on 3 – 4 March 2020 at the Hilton Marina in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The Exchange will bring together 70 AI and Automation leaders who are developing innovative new strategies to uncover what is possible in Intelligent Automation as we enter this exciting new decade of revolutionary technological advancement.

The event organizers compiled an exclusive report which surveyed Heads/Directors and above decision-makers responsible for purchasing and implementing AI and Automation solutions to see where their investment priorities stand for the next 12 – 18 months. Leading organizations such as Uber, Toyota, PepsiCo, HSBC, and Amazon to name a few participated in the survey and said their top areas of investment included: Cognitive Automation, Data Centre Automation, Data Cleansing & Enhancement, Data Visualization, Desktop Automation Software, and many more key areas.

The team behind the Exchange believed it would be prudent to inform all attendees and prospective solution providers of these priorities prior to the event to maximize the value of each session and one-on-one meetings.

Attendees at the Exchange often engage in private discussions to outline new AI and Automation solutions for their brand and only key decision-makers in the industry are permitted to attend, based on a set of pre-qualifying criteria. Regarding these intimate meetings, and Executive Director at Merck said there were “great discussions around advanced Automation topics and good engagement with the vendors on site.”

During the two days of networking between those operating within and around the C-suite of some of the most prolific brands from around the globe, there are a plethora of sessions taking place. These sessions can potentially shape the future of AI and Automation strategies of some of the biggest players within Financial Services & Insurance, Travel & Hospitality, Healthcare & Medical, FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, and other major industries.

Some of the sessions taking place at the Exchange include Think Tanks, Roundtables, and Keynote Presentations, Networking, and Plenary sessions. USAA’s Vice President of Operations described these sessions as a “great opportunity to learn from peers across industries.” They go on to say that “the quality of experiences and thinking exceeded expectations.
