Oktopost, a social media management firm has partnered with Zapier, an online automation tool that connects 1500+ apps. As per the deal, Oktopost’s users can now integrate the platform with apps like Slack, Trello, Zendesk, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and CRM among others, to automate workflows.
Oktopost’s Zaps include templates for improving social demand generation and customer care, streamlining content curation and delivery. Users can also create an automation that will connect their SMM and employee advocacy platform to hundreds of other apps. With Zapier, Oktopost users can automatically push social conversations to their support desk or send advocacy notifications to a corporate messenger.
